Olivia is discovered at Raymond's apartment by two church members. Scrambling for an alibi, she tells them that she is working an extra job to make ends meet cleaning Raymond's house. One of the members is convinced. Yet, Elena, her close friend, doesn't buy her explanation. Elena comes to the door the next day. Knocking, the door opens. She peers inside and sees Raymond's body wrapped around Olivia's naked frame. Pitted against her friendship and her faith, she has to make a choice whether to tell the church of her indiscretion or keep this secret hidden from her community. Elena's allegiance coupled with her guilt compels her to reveal her sins to the community. The process of shunning begins.
